• We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy.
• We accept returns made within 30 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 5 days of receiving goods.
• Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer.
• Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, then additional postage costs will be required.

Exchange 

We are happy to exchange the product for a different size, colour or product within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. We will request an additional postage cost to send out your exchange and this will be the same amount as the original postage amount charged, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Cancellation 

If you want cancel order then email us via eBay and if item has not been posted then we will refund you.

Once you receive your order if any of the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty, please returns with invoice copy and post the item back to us in case you wish to receive a full refund. You have 14 days from receipt of a faulty / incorrect item to do this.
